Southern Aroma's story starts with Andrew Scales, SA owner, who at just five years old was captivated by the magic of his grandmother’s kitchen. An exceptional cook, his grandmother introduced him to the rich and comforting world of soul food. Since those formative years, the kitchen has felt like a second home to Chef Scales. Today, Southern Aroma honors that legacy by offering dishes bursting with deep, nostalgic flavors — from homestyle mac and cheese and greens to our signature meats and seafood.
